Disney have announced that Disney Emoji Blitz is being discontinued on Windows/PC, which continues a trend of Disney pulling support of Windows versions of the game. However the iOS and Android versions won’t be effected.
Disney stated:
Although the decision was difficult to make, this will allow us to focus our resources in the most effective way for the community. While it may still be playable offline, active product support for the Windows 10 and Windows Phone 10 version of the app is no longer available.
We appreciate your support and understanding.
Note: Facebook syncing will no longer be available after the final update for Windows. We recommend syncing with Facebook as soon as possible in order to save your progress and continue to play on other platforms.
Please note that Disney is not responsible for providing refunds or credits for any virtual items, in-game currency, or other items that may be no longer available once a game is shut down.
So if you are playing the game and want to continue on a mobile device, it’s a good idea to sync up with Facebook as soon as possible.
